We require the following documents to complete your file, but may need additional paperwork based on lender requests:
Employed: Letter of Employment dated with in 30 days of receipt, 2 paystubs, 2 years T4 and/or Notice of Assessment

Self Employed: Business Registration, T1 Generals, Notice of Assessments, Bank Statements

Purchase: Purchase Agreement, MLS Information Sheet, Proof of deposit and downpayment for 90 days, any builder or Agreement completion documents, Condo Status certificate.

Refinance, Renewals or Home equity loans: Mortgage statements, Property Tax Bills
